Shipping
Beanstalkkids
offer a variety of shipping methods to our customers. We
typically ship orders via Federal Express ground or air depending on
how quickly you want to receive your purchase (expedited shipping is
subject to additional charges). [We also have the ability to
ship
via UPS, the United States Postal Service ("USPS")
as well
as various freight carriers.
We ship products Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
As we do not ship on weekends, a Next Day and
2nd Day order must be placed by 12:00 PM
(Noon)
Eastern Standard Time for it to be possible for us to ship the product
the same business day. PLEASE NOTE: By selecting express
shipping
services you are only expediting amount of time it takes to ship an
order. It does not alter any special order time frames that
may
be listed for a particular product. For expedited shipping we
will do our very best to get the product out as quickly as possible,
often the same day if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. (noon)
EST, but this cannot be guaranteed. Some of our products ship
directly from the manufacturer and this may require up to 3 days to
process your order.
If
a particular item is
out of stock, we will hold your order open for at least ten business
days while we wait for new stock to arrive. If the item is
still
unable to ship after ten business days, a customer service
representative will contact you with information regarding when you can
expect your order. If you experience shipping delays or you
do
not receive tracking information promptly you should contact us..
If
you choose delivery by FedEx Ground, delivery is made on Tuesday
through Saturday. FedEx Express delivers Monday through Friday,
although for an extra charge Saturday morning delivery is possible.
UPS Ground and Express delivers Monday through Friday.
USPS
delivers Monday through Saturday. Freight carriers will
contact
the provided telephone number to schedule delivery.
Shipping
Costs
If you choose FedEx Ground as your shipping method, you will be
invoiced for a single $9.95 flat-rate shipping
fee. There are no hidden handling costs or
hidden fees for "large" or "bulky" items at Beanstalkkids.
Delivery to your front door is available within
the 48 contiguous states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Orders
shipped via with FedEx Ground are typically delivered within
3 to
10 business days (the further it has to go the longer it may take).
Shipping
cost for FedEx Express are dependant on the size and weight of the
product(s) ordered.
Please
contact our customer service department to obtain a quote for UPS, USPS
or freight service delivery.
Orders Placed From
Hawaii and Alaska
We
are very happy to supply our customers in these Sates, however, we are
not able to ship these orders via FedEx Ground at the $9.95 flat rate
shipping as it becomes cost prohibitive. We have,
however,
negotiated discounted shipping charges for our valued customers in Hawaii
and Alaska.
Please contact our customer service Department to obtain a shipping
quote.
APO/FPO
Orders
for Army Post Office (APO)
addresses will ship via the United States
Postal Service (Priority Mail) to the Army Post Office depot. The
military handles the delivery once the packages arrive at the
designated AA, AE or AP address, and from that point the delivery is
subject to the military delivery schedules. Our website will
automatically calculate your shipping charge which has been discounted
from the standard rates. Once you have approved the total cost,
including shipping charges, payment can be made. Certain oversized
items cannot be shipped to these addresses. Freight delivery is not
available to APO/FPO addresses.
Canada
All
shipments to Canada will be shipped via FedEx Ground ).

Customs duties and/or taxes are applied at the time of your order, so
you will know the full cost before you leave our website.
There
are no extra costs to pay when your order arrives on your doorstep.
International Orders
In
general, Beanstalkkids only ships to the U.S., U.S. Territories and
Canada. However, Beanstalkkids will work with you for
international shipments, but we must reserve the right to decline to
fulfill an international order. Please call our Customer
Service
Department.
Order Turnaround Time
Our
goal is to have your product(s) shipped to you as quickly as is
possible. We will typically ship your order within one to
three
days. Special order products are marked with the specific
turnaround time.
Keeping Track Of Your Order
If
you chose Federal Express, then once your order has shipped, you will
be emailed with a FedEx tracking number. You can use this
tracking number to track the package yourself at http://www.fedex.com/.
Tracking information for freight carriers will be forwarded via e-mail.
Orders shipped via the U.S.
Postal Service may not be assigned a tracking number. You can also
contact customerservice@beanstalkkids.com
for an update on your order status.
Shipping Delays
Although
we strive to get your order where it is going in a reasonable
amount of time, some things are outside of our control such as weather,
delivery error and international shipping schedules. Whatever
the
reason for the delay, we will always do our best to help you.

Specific Delivery
Requests
We
will try to meet any reasonable delivery request. You need to
be
aware that ground residential delivery times can only be estimated. If
a specific delivery date is required, we strongly recommend selecting
an express shipping services.
Multiple
Addresses
Our
checkout process are designed to allow you to have multiple products
shipped to any to any number of different destinations.
You
can send as many products as you chose to as many destination you like
and using different shipping methods (subject to the limitations
above). Please note, however, that a separate shipping charge
will be added for each delivery address requested.
We
also have the ability to allow your to create a personalized message to
be included on each of your packages, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO
YOU.
Refusal
of Delivery
If
a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for
all actual shipping charges incurred by Beanstalkkids. Once we receive
the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the
original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping
cost of shipping the package to you. The shipping charge will
apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free
shipping promotion. This does not apply
to packages
that appear to be damaged in shipping.
Incorrect
Shipping Address Provided
Packages
that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the
customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
Orders
that are later cancelled due to an incorrect address provided by the
customer are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive
the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the
original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping
cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally
charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages
to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. We do
this to offset unnecessary shipping costs and provide the lowest
pricing we can.
