BEANSTALKKIDS RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

OUR MONEY BACK GUARANTY RETURN POLICY
Your complete satisfaction with out product is very important to us.  If you are not satisfied with your product we offer our customers a "PURCHASE PRICE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE."
 
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you have received then you have 30 days from the date the product was delivered to your door to return it to us (this necessarily excludes special order items - see our Special Order Return Policy) .  All you need to do to take advantage of this purchase price money back guaranty is contact our Customer Service through our telephone number 1-786-287-9644 and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).  This allows us to keep track of the item you wan tot return.

Our "Purchase Price Money Back Guarantee" is designed to make your shopping experience with us as convenient and painless as possible. When you return an item you will be credited with a full refund of the purchase price less any coupons used, special offers,  discounts, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees, if they are applicable.

To take advantage of our "Purchase Price Money Back Guarantee" the product your are returning must be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging with all the documentation, parts and accessories.  In that way we can provide you with a full credit of the purchase price. By "new and unused condition" we mean that the item must be in saleable condition, it cannot be dirty, marked, scratched, torn or washed.  Please understand that we cannot issue a refund for any item that has any indications that it has been used.  
If the product is in new and unused condition, but you no longer have the original packaging, etc. please contact us, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, be able to accept the product back and provide you will a partial credit.

Special Order items are subject to our Special Order Return Policy.

The shipping costs of returning an item to us are your responsibility.  This enables us to offer the lowest pricing possible.  However, this does not apply if an item was in a damaged or defective condition at the time of delivery.  Please consult our policy regarding damaged or defective items).

Damaged  Items Return Policy

We work hard to ensure that every package that leaves Beanstalkkids is complete and in good condition.  Unfortunately, we have no control over what goes on once a package leaves us and packages can be damage during the shipping process after they leave us - it happens!  If your order is delivered in a damaged or broken condition we will, at our discretion, either replace the damaged parts if that is possible, or ship out a new product.  This will be completely at our expense at our expense,  There is no cost to you.  
It is very important that you inspect your item(s) for concealed damage if you do not plan on using it immediately.  We cannot accept a cancellation of an order after it arrives in damaged condition, but we will do everything we can to correct the problem.  A happy and satisfied customer is our goal.

            If you received a damaged product  please call our contact our customer service department within  seven (7) business days of the delivery date to report the damage. We will need the following information so please have it to hand before your call and it will save you a lot of time: model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. In order to keep our costs down and offer the most competitive pricing possible we cannot to replace damaged merchandise unless you contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date.  This also applies if you want to cancel and then return a damaged item.  We must adhere strictly to this policy, however, we will make every effort to work with you and obtain replacement parts if possible, even if this deadline has past.

A request for a replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible.  Please note that we are not able to offer free express shipping of replacement pieces.

Defective Items Return Policy


If you receive a defective item or one that is missing parts, please contact our customer service department on the telephone at  1-786-287-9644 If you received a damaged product  please call our contact our customer service department within  thirty (30) days of the delivery date to report the defect or missing parts. We will need the following information so please have it to hand before your call as it will save you a lot of time: model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. In order to keep our costs down and offer the most competitive pricing possible we cannot to replace defective merchandise or missing parts unless you contact us within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.  This also applies if you want to cancel and then return a defective item. We must adhere strictly to this policy, however, we will make every effort to work with you and obtain replacement parts if possible, even if this deadline has past.
After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information on any warranty that may apply.  We cannot replace defective items or missing parts after 30 days of your receipt of the product.

Processing Your Return


I t can take some time to process your return, we need to receive the product, evaluate the problem and then process the appropriate paperwork.  Please allow us up to ten (10) business days for us to complete this process after our receipt of the returned or exchange product.  Generally refunds are granted only for the purchase price of the product.  Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are not refundable unless a product arrives damaged due to shipping or is defective.

How to Cancel An Order

If you have placed an order with us but have changed your mind, you can cancel the order without incurring any charges by contacting us either by telephone at 1-786-287-9644 or by e-mail at info@beanstalkkids.com within four (4) hours of placing your order.

When possible we try to ship our products out to you the same day we receive the order or the next morning. Hence, to cancel an order without incurring any charges we need to be notified quite quickly.  Even if the four hours has expired, don't despair!  Contact out Customer Service as quickly as you can (we suggest by phone) and we will do what we can to prevent the product from being shipped.  Unfortunately, we cannot guaranty that, once the four hours has elapsed, we will be successful, but we will try. 


In those cases where we do not get sufficient notice and we are unable to prevent the shipment, our Return Policy will govern the return of the product.


 
SPECIAL ORDER RETURN POLICY

Certain items, such as products that have had your child's name embossed on them, are Special Order Items and, as such, are subject to our Special Order Return Policy not our normal returns policy.

If a product is subject to our Special Order Return Policy you will see it noted on the product's description page.  Special Order items are not carried in stock or have been personalized to you specific requirements and they are ordered based on your request.  As such we must strictly enforce this Special Order Return Policy.  We must charge your credit card at the time that an order is placed with us.

All returns and cancellations of Special Order products that are not carried in stock are subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. To avoid this restocking fee, your order must be cancelled prior to us placing your order with the manufacturer of the product.  Shipping charges on Special Order products cannot be refunded.

We are sorry, but items that have be personalized are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.
