you registered at a conventional "bricks ad mortar" store.

forwarded to a third party authorization company. No one has access to
your credit card information and it is kept secure at all times (YOU

is our pledge to you that every online transaction you make with us
should be 100% safe. The Fair Credit Billing Act provides

your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of any fraudulent
charges made on your credit card. If your bank does attempt

hold you liable for any of this $50.00 on account of a fraudulent
purchase made on our website, Beanstalkkids will cover the entire
liability for you, up to a maximum of the full $50.00 limit.

can only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit
card resulted through no fault of your own and from purchases made
while using our secure server. Should you discover an
unauthorized use of your credit card, you must promptly notify your
credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and
procedures. We cannot accept any responsibility should you
fail
